      good company, a week paid vacation every 6 months

      because it's a convenience store, the people who work there are typically very dramatic and/or have a rough home life

      Its close to my home

      Corporate dosent care. They dont maintain equipment or property leave employees to suffer the back lash when customers can't get gas or a slushy. The ac was broken during a heat advisory where feels like was in the low hundreds. They do not allow breaks. Somedays you may go 7 or 8 hours with out even a restroom break.
