Pros
Great benefits but healthcare is a bit on the pricey side for a young married couple living on 1 income. I have worked at 5 different stores and have loved 4 out of the 5 of them. Great group of employees, Great hours, awesome working environment (with good managers) Always room for growth within the company, Straight forward work easy to learn, Kitchen and Register positions offered, Great company to work for its even better if you live in Iowa so many great store locations there.
Cons
Look to be hired by a good manager study the store before applying. Not a whole lot of payed time off,
