      Pros

      If you don’t know how to do something, literally anyone will teach you. If you have an issue with someone, management will listen. They give opportunities for extra hours/overtime a lot.

      Cons

      It can be very cliquey. If you’re new to the store, everyone will act like they’re being nice to you but in reality all they do is gossip about you. Management takes multiple breaks a day, schedules are never done right, and they overwork anyone that actually does their job.

      Its close to my home

      Cons

      Corporate dosent care. They dont maintain equipment or property leave employees to suffer the back lash when customers can't get gas or a slushy. The ac was broken during a heat advisory where feels like was in the low hundreds. They do not allow breaks. Somedays you may go 7 or 8 hours with out even a restroom break.
