Cons
The part time pay is horrible with a "paycard only" option. The fees are atrocious with a 3.50 withdrawal fee and that's on top of the only 10.10 an hour you work their. The work environment is very difficult. There is not much to do in terms of specific departments. Hours are very harsh with no wiggle room for family time and home life. No compensation is given in terms of health benefits, dental, eye care, etc. The floors are poorly built making an extremely hard work day. I have to bring atleast 3 pairs of shoes to work. On my second day, i have already grown blisters on the back of my feet for working as a part time employee. The break times are short giving only 30 minutes for eating and 1 15 minute break.I find myself rushing to eat without any actual relaxation time. With the departments spread out as they are, I spend almost half of my break time getting to and from the break room to clock in and clock out for my lunch. The warehouse on the top floor of the store is in disarray as it is very hard to find product for customers who request them from the floor. I find myself taking up to 20 minutes trying to find a certain product for a customer.the labeling system used to find products in the warehouse is extraordinarily poor.
