Learn a lot while working remotely.

Cons

The people in management are not leaders. They take advantage of workers in the Philippines and neglect the few American workers they have. The ESD hurts the Casne brand due to the poor "leadership". Employee turnover rate is embarrassing. Not sure why Enel stays with them.

Upper management is great, employees are great. They listen and care about their employees and treat them with respect. Truly the best company I have ever worked for. Pay is decent.

Cons

Consulting is not for everyone. You must be self-motivated to work here.
