Constantly restructuring teams, changing roles, laying people off, etc. The amount of money spent on everything from marketing to retail store build outs is beyond disproportionate to revenue, it’s not surprising that the company is still unprofitable. Rapid NSOs outpaced any meaningful structure with product allocation and inventory management. Casper is terribly behind with technology, one example being you have to manually scan out products sold in stores to properly account for inventory levels. Another example is lacking the ability to send a customer who visited a link to purchase online and ultimately attribute that sale to retail. Consistent promotional pricing bugs.
