Pros

Depending what line you are on is is not to hard just watch the machines i think the hardest line might be west building but the rest are pretty simple they had some good benefits and the pay is not to bad

Cons

there changeing the hours to 12 so sooner or later all the lines are going to go to 12 hours and gave last minute notice that they were going to start changing the shift hours

Pros

The medical benefit through Sterling Urgent Care is better than most medical insurance policies. They let the employees take home free seconds ice creams.

Cons

It felt like everything HR presented was a sales pitch that didn't live up to the hype. It started with the acceptance letter stating I would get 9 paid holidays per year, but failed to mention that they are only paid if you are scheduled to work those days. They got a lot of people to work the weekend shift by offering 40 hours of pay for 36 hours of work, but if you take a sick day or use vacation then you lose out on the approximately 4 hours of pay, which was not iniyially mentioned when people signed up for the shift. Also, overtime starts at 40 hours so if you work between 36 and 40 hours your paycheck will be the same. If you ever get called in to HR for anything negative, they won't listen to your side of the story and will go so far as to lie to your face to get their point across and some of the managers there won't have your back. There are days you get told how great you are doing and then the next day they make it feel like your job is in jeopardy.
