Pros

Decent Health insurance. Competitive pay (must be negotiated).

Cons

1. Career growth planning is completely absent. That includes pay raises, commissions, and bonuses. 2. Zero vision. Managment is focused on micro issues internally rather than looking to grow the company. 3. Poor sales for their pro line. Hardly any traction here. 4. Abysmal planning. i.e. This company was to move cities within a promised date range and it far exceeded the range with hardly any recognition on their part.

Pros

Great job, Great experience, they let you take the lead. Management lets you try and fail, which is tough... they rely more on your drive than your background or experience, can be intimidating at times. There are bursts of hyper-productivity, and luls of mundane maintenance.

Cons

Since you take the lead, lead projects, and drive results, its easy to get wrapped up in it, even though nobody is making you, its easy to put in 60 hours in a week, can be tough for a workaholic, as there are always new products, new initiatives, highly recommend a work-life-balance plan
