-worst sales staff I have ever seen -management has 0 clue how to do their job -no organization or structure, but they push and push for results with 0 guidance or training -old software -management gossip -all outsourcing from China- not a good product

Great job, Great experience, they let you take the lead. Management lets you try and fail, which is tough... they rely more on your drive than your background or experience, can be intimidating at times. There are bursts of hyper-productivity, and luls of mundane maintenance.

Cons

Since you take the lead, lead projects, and drive results, its easy to get wrapped up in it, even though nobody is making you, its easy to put in 60 hours in a week, can be tough for a workaholic, as there are always new products, new initiatives, highly recommend a work-life-balance plan
