- This is an okay job to get into if you are starting out, but you can, and will quickly out grow this place. Its an ok entry level job.

Cons

- Work environment can be toxic and draining. - Rampant Nepotism and Favoritism. - Micromanagement that creates a culture of fear and uncertainty among employees. - Lack of respect for experienced professionals - Constant blame-shifting - Zero career growth opportunities - Questionable decision making from upper management. - Lack of direction as a company - Lack of structure as a company - Lack of employee investment and well-being

Pros

Great job, Great experience, they let you take the lead. Management lets you try and fail, which is tough... they rely more on your drive than your background or experience, can be intimidating at times. There are bursts of hyper-productivity, and luls of mundane maintenance.

Cons

Since you take the lead, lead projects, and drive results, its easy to get wrapped up in it, even though nobody is making you, its easy to put in 60 hours in a week, can be tough for a workaholic, as there are always new products, new initiatives, highly recommend a work-life-balance plan
