Pros

I've worked at Cassileth Plastic Surgery for a year, and it's truly been an amazing experience. Yes, you're expected to work hard, and it's a super fast-paced environment, but the support, encouragement, and advice you'll receive from senior management and staff at all levels are top-notch. The personal and professional growth I've undergone during my time here has been invaluable, and I'm still learning every day! Our surgeons are performing groundbreaking procedures, and it's exciting to be part of a group of such driven, passionate, and talented people. It's certainly not all work either! We regularly have staff events, celebrate birthdays and holidays together, go out to happy hour, and there are plenty of laughs around the office daily.

Cons

I can't think of any cons. As I mentioned, it is fast-paced here, which might not be for everyone. I personally thrive off of it and find it to be exciting.

Pros

From the moment I joined the team 2.5 years ago, I felt valued, supported and inspired by the incredible doctors, management and team. They have great respect for work life balance, which was important to me as I had my 1st baby 1 year ago and made the transition back into the work force. The management is top-notch, always supportive, approachable and focused on creating a positive work environment. I felt appreciated and respected in my role and was opportunities for growth and development.

Cons

Honestly no cons? We are moving across the country, otherwise there's no way I would be leaving.

Pros

I’ve worked here for almost 5 years, and this company has become like family. During my first interview for a front desk position, I expressed my goal for wanting to become a Patient Care Coordinator next. I felt like they had really heard me because over the next few years, management would make a point to acknowledge my need for growth and reassure me they have my best interest at heart. During my time here, I’ve been promoted (with pay raises) from Front Desk Coordinator to Front Office Manager to PCC! I strongly believe that as long as you maintain a strong work ethic and positive attitude you will continue to succeed here. I have witnessed firsthand this company grow as a business and have seen leadership take steps to ensure their employees feel valued and respected. On top of everything else, employees get health/dental/vision/life insurance options, 401k, PTO and treatment/skin-care perks!

Cons

No cons come to mind.
