* Competitive wages * Great benefits * 10 Holidays a Year (I've worked for other contracting companies that only gave 6) * They care about your career development- I am an intel analyst and let my PM know that I wanted to eventually switch to cyber. He recently approved to switch me to a cyber position next month. * Whenever I have any questions, issues, or concerns- I am able to write an email or text my PM and I'd have an answer the same day. * Castalia system employees generally feel like they are part of a family. We have holiday parties and other events where we come together to build as a team. Helps to come together as a company and really feel like you belong to a great team.
