Over the past few years it has expanded its position in the marketplace to be a benefits platform for employers with new products and insights. - Interesting work. Pre and post IPO, the work continues to evolve and be challenging. Personally, my days are hardly ever the same and this keeps me motivated. - Mission driven. The solutions Castlight is building actually help people make better choices with their health care. This makes me feel good about what I am doing every single day. - Flexible work environment. The company has a performance driven culture. Get your work done and you can manage your own time. Also, Castlight has SF and South Bay offices and most roles have a work from home option either at least a couple days a week.
Cons
- Be prepared for change and a willingness to do new things. This is a not a place for people who want to clock in and clock out. - Health care is complex. This can make the work difficult some days. You have to be willing to take on the challenge. -
