Pros
Castlight is on a mission to change the healthcare system in America. Their health benefits SaaS platform enables employees to understand their benefits and to make better healthcare decisions (at a less expensive price). On the employer side, it provides better utilization of benefit programs and insight into employee's engagement with benefit programs. This mission creates a fast paced, progressive work environment. I've never worked at a company with such a sense of unity and purpose. Everyone is committed, supportive and overall, the company has a strong "family feel" to it.
Cons
This is not a place where you can just go through the motions. You need to believe in changing healthcare for the better and you need to be "all in". If you're looking for a place to punch a clock, Castlight isn't for you.
