- Culture is very important here. As a result, you will find most of the people nice here. - You are encouraged and recognized for your work. - The new engineering leadership is doing a great job at focus the core engineering process problems and proactively solving it. - I can feel that they care about employees feedback, they take it seriously. - More focus on product quality now. More customers. - You can work from San Francisco office or Sunnyvale office. - Good work life balance. You can take vacation whenever you want how much ever you want. The idea is to not take too many long stretched vacations. Otherwise you're good.
Cons
- Too many meetings. Sometimes too many e-mails. The leadership knows this and is working on it. It's hard as an engineer to focus and code. It may help non-technical roles. - Honestly I have been thinking for like 5 minutes and I can't think of any RED flags here.
