The people - everyone is friendly and willing to pitch in and help. The work - there are new challenges that come up everyday. Work-Life Balance - I never have to open my computer on the weekends and I have been able to devote the appropriate time to family. Flexible PTO

Cons

There are a lot of meetings. Everyday.

We appreciate your feedback. We never tire of hearing about Castlighters’ collaborative attitudes. One benefit of a team-based culture is that your colleagues have your back and support work/life balance. We believe that Castlighters should take PTO and completely unplug—we’ve earned it. Now if only we could achieve that without so many meetings! Thanks again for your feedback; it has been taken into account by management.

Pros

Castlight Health is a brand under apree health, not a company anymore. The CEO is not Maeve O'Maera, This page is misleading. Castlight and Vera Whole Health merged to form apree health but are still operating under their brand name.

Cons

Executive leadership is toxic and has completely destroyed the company drove out the leadership that actually deserved to be there. Private equity company took over and are just gutting the company to sell and make a dime. THIS is one of many things that are ruining healthcare.
