      Pros

      Super smart people, most of whom are a pleasure to work with. Work hard, celebrate hard kind of culture. Age diversity is also a plus. The 1 star rating is mostly based on the business outlook, which management is a huge factor in.

      Cons

      Growth. They went through layoffs is 2014, and then a key acquisition in 2017, yet it feels like the company is pivoting again. The acquisition was both a product and talent acquisition, so people that were there a while lost out.

      Pros

      Castlight Health is a brand under apree health, not a company anymore. The CEO is not Maeve O'Maera, This page is misleading. Castlight and Vera Whole Health merged to form apree health but are still operating under their brand name.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is toxic and has completely destroyed the company drove out the leadership that actually deserved to be there. Private equity company took over and are just gutting the company to sell and make a dime. THIS is one of many things that are ruining healthcare.
