Pros

my opinion is valued! a crazy concept but I've been asked what I thought, what my recommendations were, they were advanced AND I got credit for them! The culture here is legit. I've worked places where the beatings will continue until morale improves. And places that say they are about the mission statement but that was really just smoke. Not so here. I'm equally stunned and fascinated by it.

There are a some folks who higher in the food chain than they can handle and/or should be.

Pros

Castlight Health is a brand under apree health, not a company anymore. The CEO is not Maeve O'Maera, This page is misleading. Castlight and Vera Whole Health merged to form apree health but are still operating under their brand name.

Cons

Executive leadership is toxic and has completely destroyed the company drove out the leadership that actually deserved to be there. Private equity company took over and are just gutting the company to sell and make a dime. THIS is one of many things that are ruining healthcare.
