Please stay AWAY!! the Charlotte office is so bad!! They say its not a call center but it really is! You are set up with unrealistic expectations. In a "call center atmosphere" they have dept for an example one department is only works on emails, and one on strictly phones and maybe chat. Here at Castlight they expect you to complete all channels and if you dont they try to make you stay over to complete these unreal quotas. its a money thing! they lie to their clients into setting high expectations and when the ball drops they take it out on their employee and expect the reps to figure it out! A few of their clients have left castlight due to this. Employee are burned out! but are scared to even say anything cause they may get fired. Lately castlight in charlotte have been on a fire spree every week someone is getting fired so if your looking for stability its not here. And please.. dont dare speak with HR. Your Doomed.. This company at one point was a great company but all they are looking at is to get money from these other major companies (clients) and giving false expectations.
