Pros

Nice co-workers Decent benefits Food on Wednesday ... ...

Cons

Caucasian leader(s) call the black women “home girl” and make it a point to demean them in any given opportunity. I thought this could be resolved with sensitivity training but leader(s) have since proclaimed on several occasions to be a “Strong black woman”. In the most recent rant It was followed by “I don’t need no man!” Constantly mocks our culture but apparently doesn’t feel comfortable enough to speak to us. Upper management's strong support of team leaders makes it feels like they have teamed up to make our company: One white team. On a white mission...

Castlight is one of the most diverse and inclusive software companies around according to an externally led, third-party study on us. We believe in diversity and inclusion enough that we recently held focus groups representing all walks of life at Castlight, and including employees from our Charlotte office. Because we have a zero tolerance policy for racism or misogyny, employees are encouraged to raise concerns real-time to upper management or HR to investigate an accurate account of the situation. We encourage you to contact your direct manager or HR to further discuss. Thank you.

Pros

Castlight Health is a brand under apree health, not a company anymore. The CEO is not Maeve O'Maera, This page is misleading. Castlight and Vera Whole Health merged to form apree health but are still operating under their brand name.

Cons

Executive leadership is toxic and has completely destroyed the company drove out the leadership that actually deserved to be there. Private equity company took over and are just gutting the company to sell and make a dime. THIS is one of many things that are ruining healthcare.
