Good benefits Flexible PTO Lunch once a week

Cons

Where to start? Above all, this is a sinking ship. Management is busy rearranging chairs on the Titanic. While there is great comradery among front line staff, the negative outlook causes higher ups to engage in survivor mode politics and the CEO is leading cut-throat culture. If you want to move up, be ready to throw people under the bus, and get ready to be thrown there as well. Most dysfunctional company I worked for. You might need to get a job immediately to pay the rent but my suggestion to you: continue looking. This is not a good company to join

Pros

Castlight Health is a brand under apree health, not a company anymore. The CEO is not Maeve O'Maera, This page is misleading. Castlight and Vera Whole Health merged to form apree health but are still operating under their brand name.

Cons

Executive leadership is toxic and has completely destroyed the company drove out the leadership that actually deserved to be there. Private equity company took over and are just gutting the company to sell and make a dime. THIS is one of many things that are ruining healthcare.
