      Pros

      First and foremost, the people are FANTASTIC. I have never worked with such smart, motivated, kind and fun people. Its wonderful. Plus everyone is 100% dedicated to the mission and that is so powerful. I also feel empowered by my job...I am part of a growing trend and company and I CAN contribute and bring ideas to the table even though I wasnt there from the beginning. Its so inspiring to go to work EVERYDAY!

      Cons

      Nothing...its just growing fast so some things can always be slow to develop but nothing that causes any big problems.

      Pros

      Castlight Health is a brand under apree health, not a company anymore. The CEO is not Maeve O'Maera, This page is misleading. Castlight and Vera Whole Health merged to form apree health but are still operating under their brand name.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is toxic and has completely destroyed the company drove out the leadership that actually deserved to be there. Private equity company took over and are just gutting the company to sell and make a dime. THIS is one of many things that are ruining healthcare.
