Cons
Below are a few observations but should not overshadow the fact that Castlight is an awesome company for which to work! Since Castlight operates in the health care space, it can tend to feel a bit more conservative then a traditional start-up or SaaS company operating in other industries Communication from executives down through the ranks could be improved. The culture is political in nature which, in my opinion, comes from the Executive suite Castlight is extraordinarily email and meeting heavy.
