Pros
Castlight truly is an amazing place to work. I love the fact that I'm surrounded by so many brilliant people. It's gives me the opportunity to grow and expand in my career. Not only is the culture unlike any I've experienced, the company is doing so many outstanding things in health care. It's exciting to be part of the Castlight team, where they are helping employees become better consumers of health care. Above all else, it's great to work at a place where you know you are valued and we're all working towards a common goal, which is ultimately helping people.
Cons
There are a lot of meetings. From an information standpoint, it's great to keep up with the most recent information, but at times it can be somewhat overwhelming. We aren't required to attend all meetings, but choosing which take priority can become somewhat of a balancing act.
