      Pros

      The Leadership: Gio Colella is an inspiring leader with a lively personality, who takes the time to get to know his employees and keeps his eye on the next frontier. He has also assembled a fabulous leadership team, experts in their fields. Coworkers: Castlight'ers are a fun, light-hearted group... smart and accomplished, but eager to get to know each other and to connect. There is no ego here. Work-life Balance: Not a face-time culture. All about making your schedule work for you and your life.

      Cons

      None significant enough to describe. It is a start-up so you will be part of the "make it happen" and "create new systems where there weren't any before" aspect of the business... but that's part of the fun.

      Pros

      Castlight Health is a brand under apree health, not a company anymore. The CEO is not Maeve O'Maera, This page is misleading. Castlight and Vera Whole Health merged to form apree health but are still operating under their brand name.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is toxic and has completely destroyed the company drove out the leadership that actually deserved to be there. Private equity company took over and are just gutting the company to sell and make a dime. THIS is one of many things that are ruining healthcare.
