Pros

Great benefits, bonuses, opportunities for advancement if you work well.

Cons

Company trying to grow up from start-up type culture. This means a lot of uncertainties as less experienced management transitions to those with more experience at larger companies. Internal communications and procedures are unstructured. Closure of Charlotte office and opening of Salt Lake City second headquarters happened during COVID19. Which meant that around 60 people were left job hunting during the worst time. They also had to layoff new people who had only been in the SLC office a month or so. They did offer Charlotte office people the opportunity to continue their same roles in SLC. However, most customer service reps were not offered a relocation stipend. For those very few who were offered a stipend, if you weren't upper management you were offered no more than around $500 for a 2,000 mile move. A severance package was given to those who chose not to move. The closure of the Charlotte, NC office and the opening of the SLC office was seen by a lot of employees as a move to reduce diversity.

Pros

Castlight Health is a brand under apree health, not a company anymore. The CEO is not Maeve O'Maera, This page is misleading. Castlight and Vera Whole Health merged to form apree health but are still operating under their brand name.

Cons

Executive leadership is toxic and has completely destroyed the company drove out the leadership that actually deserved to be there. Private equity company took over and are just gutting the company to sell and make a dime. THIS is one of many things that are ruining healthcare.
