Sales professionals be warned!! - Regional Sales Manager Castlight Employee Review

I was lured to Castlight with the promise of a bright future with a fast growing company. How wrong I was! New sales leadership is very unprofessional and biased to RSM's that they've brought over from their previous employer, very long sales cycles, you'll be relying on your salary for a long time and that's if management gives you enough time to build a pipeline. CEO and CRO seem completely disconnected from what is really going on with massive turnover in the sales organization. Team members fired out of the blue with no warning whatsoever! A very politically charged environment for such a small company!
