Pros

It is a good starting point in the industry.

Cons

It is a good introduction into the industry, but it's not good for a long-term career. Get your foot in the door and then leave as soon as you build up some experience because the pay here is lower than industry standard so the best way to get a raise is to go somewhere else. There is little room for advancement. You will be hired for a specific role and pretty much forced to stay there because they don't want to hire enough people. Your workload will be too high to be able to learn and perform other tasks. The culture is toxic, consisting of insincere positivity and platitudes. They prefer the appearance of harmony by covering up and silencing concerns over addressing concerns to actually achieve harmony.

Pros

The team is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive, which has made it easy to learn and feel comfortable asking questions. There is a strong focus on training and collaboration, helping me feel safe, well prepared, and confident in my role. I also appreciate the benefits, which support a good work-life balance.

Cons

One area for improvement is the flexibility for new employees regarding remote work hours.

Pros

Good people and good training Good stepping stone for a pharma manufacturing career clean environment

Cons

Insanely underappreciative and borderline abusive upper management 3+ months mandatory overtime might as well tell your kids they are orphans, you will never be home power hungry micromanagers (spies on people who takes breaks) different pay for everyone cannot stress enough how bad the upper management is, so many people are leaving (even people who have been working for there 5+ years!) because of the lack of appreciation, micromanagement, and clear lack of respect for their workers. very disorganized
