Pros

The company is committed to diversity and inclusion, is relaxed about start times, and is fair about their enforcement of policies and procedures. My department is full of fun, caring people who make coming to work every day easy. My manager and the managers and directors in other departments are always more than happy to help me succeed and move up in the company. I have not witnessed any unethical or non-compliant behaviors during my years here.

Cons

The workload is heavy- typical of a growing contract manufacturer- and change is constant. If you can't put in the work and embrace change, you won't make it here. The benefits aren't bad, but are nothing to write home about.

Pros

The team is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive, which has made it easy to learn and feel comfortable asking questions. There is a strong focus on training and collaboration, helping me feel safe, well prepared, and confident in my role. I also appreciate the benefits, which support a good work-life balance.

Cons

One area for improvement is the flexibility for new employees regarding remote work hours.

Pros

Good people and good training Good stepping stone for a pharma manufacturing career clean environment

Cons

Insanely underappreciative and borderline abusive upper management 3+ months mandatory overtime might as well tell your kids they are orphans, you will never be home power hungry micromanagers (spies on people who takes breaks) different pay for everyone cannot stress enough how bad the upper management is, so many people are leaving (even people who have been working for there 5+ years!) because of the lack of appreciation, micromanagement, and clear lack of respect for their workers. very disorganized
