Catalytic is an amazing product and an amazing company to work for. The people are all very enthusiastic about the company and the product and the benefits and salary are amazing. The CTO is an extremely supportive leader always happy to help with advice or a story to cheer up his employees. One of our clients called him the "Heart and Soul" of Catalytic always willing to do what it takes to make the company a success. He is supportive and appreciative of all of the work that I do so that I always feel valued and I know he always has my back. This gives me the ability to do my job to my fullest potential knowing that he will value my successes and not blame me for mistakes, but will use his direct manner to help me to improve in any area which is a weakness for me. He is always willing to put in extra effort to help out any member of the Catalytic team.
