Pros
The team on a whole is very senior and incredibly talented. Some of the smartest and most humble people I've gotten the chance to work with in my career. Management tends to give the team a lot of flexibility to own their own workstream and chart their own path.
Cons
Loose management structure can be both a pro and a con.
