Pros

Excellent Women's Pavilion. They do give a Christmas Bonus to their employees. Modern & latest Technology

Cons

They claim they offer flexible scheduling in the OR, but they then post the schedule you ask for and if someone else wants it they get it not you so it defeats the purpose. They do overlook a lot of misconduct and show bias in assignments. Very "Clique-ish" and that causes problems for the ones that aren't part of the "clique".

Nice that hospital is not part of one of the massive health systems in NC. Feels a bit more old fashioned as a result. However the system is definitely seeking to grow within its current region.

Cons

Leadership is a clique. Directors are moved and oversee areas with 0 clinical experience in the areas they are leading.
