Clean hospital, community-focused and patient-centered care. Hospital not run by large corporation.

Cons

Lower then normal base pay for those just starting out in my field, which may change soon. No other cons to speak of.

Nice that hospital is not part of one of the massive health systems in NC. Feels a bit more old fashioned as a result. However the system is definitely seeking to grow within its current region.

Cons

Leadership is a clique. Directors are moved and oversee areas with 0 clinical experience in the areas they are leading.
