Pros

Co-workers in the department were awesome, trained well, and made the over-all job OK. Benefits were top, nearly 2 full days of PTolO earned monthly.

Cons

Only 15 cents worth if raises in 2 years. The EVS department suffers from never changing anything, stuck on 1960s way of doing things. The director was directionless.

Nice that hospital is not part of one of the massive health systems in NC. Feels a bit more old fashioned as a result. However the system is definitely seeking to grow within its current region.

Cons

Leadership is a clique. Directors are moved and oversee areas with 0 clinical experience in the areas they are leading.
