Pros

The staff is awesome and shows and their jobs in considerations when it comes to helping out. The pay is very reasonable depending on your experience. One thing for sure you’re allowed to get all the overtime when its available.Great benefits plus PTO.

Cons

This job is very physical and fast paced. You must have a lot of energy and be qualified to all the chores that’s on your schedule. It’ll put alot of stress and maybe wear and tear on your body if you’re not careful.

Nice that hospital is not part of one of the massive health systems in NC. Feels a bit more old fashioned as a result. However the system is definitely seeking to grow within its current region.

Cons

Leadership is a clique. Directors are moved and oversee areas with 0 clinical experience in the areas they are leading.
