The place is friendly and a good environment. Overall, a great place to work. Everyone works as a team and is helpful.

Cons

Pay is not great coming right out of school. In a high volume city, and the surrounding areas starting out more they should be a little more competitive with their pay.

Nice that hospital is not part of one of the massive health systems in NC. Feels a bit more old fashioned as a result. However the system is definitely seeking to grow within its current region.

Cons

Leadership is a clique. Directors are moved and oversee areas with 0 clinical experience in the areas they are leading.
