Some of the people are great. Not much diversity.

Cons

Lowest pay in the area. There’s a lot of clique-ness. Not much room for employee parking, only night shift options for new grad nurses.

Nice that hospital is not part of one of the massive health systems in NC. Feels a bit more old fashioned as a result. However the system is definitely seeking to grow within its current region.

Cons

Leadership is a clique. Directors are moved and oversee areas with 0 clinical experience in the areas they are leading.
