      good learning experience and they like to promote from within. Coworkers help each other.

      Cons

      short staffed, low pay, an abysmal nursing education department. Nursing ed is a joke. Unit is always low on supplies.

      Loyal, tenured staff. Busy level I trauma hospital.

      Leadership had no vision and was very resistant to change. There was a culture of blame instead of getting to the root cause of issues.
