      Pros

      The benefits are average - good. There is opportunity for advancement. Most of the administrative are very understanding of flex time and will work with you. The people you work with on a daily basis are invaluable. These are the people who make each day tolerable.

      Cons

      Lots of nepotism. Substandard raises not guaranteed each year.

      Loyal, tenured staff. Busy level I trauma hospital.

      Cons

      Leadership had no vision and was very resistant to change. There was a culture of blame instead of getting to the root cause of issues.
