      The patients like it. The staff is very miserable. I cannot think of a pro about working in such a place.

      Absolutely everything. Its a small hospital filled with small minded, ignorant people who are stuck in their small pond ways.

      Loyal, tenured staff. Busy level I trauma hospital.

      Cons

      Leadership had no vision and was very resistant to change. There was a culture of blame instead of getting to the root cause of issues.
