      Busy place and short staffed. Administration is do not care about employees. Employees are helping mind and helpful. Employer is not supportive.

      Loyal, tenured staff. Busy level I trauma hospital.

      Cons

      Leadership had no vision and was very resistant to change. There was a culture of blame instead of getting to the root cause of issues.
