If any of the EXCELLENT employees are still there, working with them. They are a great asset that should be rewarded for going above and beyound. Not reprimanded for making a comment.
Cons
manager's bully with policy on trifling dress code matters( ie: hair color), rather than retraining or releasing the employees that are making MAJOR mistakes(ie: not labeling blood specimens at all)
