      Haven’t had an issue with HR!!!

      They took us over and the people who have been here less than the oldies.... NOW MAKES THE SAME AS THE OLDIES!!! A bit disappointed... we all need to be evaluated on our performance!!!

      Loyal, tenured staff. Busy level I trauma hospital.

      Cons

      Leadership had no vision and was very resistant to change. There was a culture of blame instead of getting to the root cause of issues.
