      Great people, most of management are very easy to work with and understanding and my other coworkers are great no complaints.

      Cons

      Understaffed, underpaided and at times micromanaged too much. Employees don't like to be watched like children.

      Loyal, tenured staff. Busy level I trauma hospital.

      Cons

      Leadership had no vision and was very resistant to change. There was a culture of blame instead of getting to the root cause of issues.
