      Direct management is great. One of the last healthcare system in Long Island to offer pension.

      Cons

      Branding and politics within the system among management. There’s so much my direct manager can do if upper management is going to just ignore.

      Loyal, tenured staff. Busy level I trauma hospital.

      Cons

      Leadership had no vision and was very resistant to change. There was a culture of blame instead of getting to the root cause of issues.
