      You will meet great people and it is a hospital so helping the sick is the biggest pro of working here.

      Cons

      Administration at times doesn't understand working on the units so they don't staff accordingly.

      Loyal, tenured staff. Busy level I trauma hospital.

      Leadership had no vision and was very resistant to change. There was a culture of blame instead of getting to the root cause of issues.
