      Pros

      Certified in phlebotomy, ekg technician and medical knowledge, ordering supplies, hippa, Osha knowledge. Autoclave, and scheduling. Multitasking is a strong point for me. Aed certified as well as corporate.

      Cons

      No room for growth in my current office. I would like to improve in any way i can. I think I would like to try a specialist office to expand my learning

      Loyal, tenured staff. Busy level I trauma hospital.

      Cons

      Leadership had no vision and was very resistant to change. There was a culture of blame instead of getting to the root cause of issues.
