      People in the school are the most rewarding. Parents are always difficult. They want private school benefits on a welfare budget. Can't have both.

      Low pay and disgruntled employees, poor management from the Dioces.

      Loyal, tenured staff. Busy level I trauma hospital.

      Cons

      Leadership had no vision and was very resistant to change. There was a culture of blame instead of getting to the root cause of issues.
