If you are hybrid you will have to carry a laptop, charger, headset, mouse, and any personal items back and forth as there is no official desk place. Some departments have their employees come in for the whole day just to ignore the staff and not say so much as hello until the half hr team meeting that should have been an email all in the name of "team building"👍 It's actually better the days you're forced to come in and sit alone in an empty space as the background noise is limited for zoom.
