They invest in leadership and have several redundancies in leadership positions leaving gapping holes in clinical positions and lower level admin positions (people who actually get the work done). Immense amount of favoritism shown to certain providers and staff. Have a diversity department actually led by diverse staff. invest in things to modernize technology. they take all the providers that north well and NYU don't want. I as an employee use other health systems.
